The hotel is in the city district Sisli-Nisantasi, opposite the Istanbul Military Museum. Links to the public transport network are on the hotel's doorstep and the railway station is some 6 km away. There is a beach roughly 20 km from the hotel. Ataturk International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 20 km and Sabiha Gokcen International Airport is about 50 km away.

This unique hotel was refurbished and reopened in 2009 creating a fully organic boutique concept fusing quality, comfort and impeccable service with a focus on health-conscious products and an organic environment. The small hotel has a cafe which serves organic food and there is free Internet access and cable TV. Comprising 19 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service.
